I cant get on to my yahoo,co.uk email why ? everytime i sign into yahoo it takes me to btinternet?

Theres probably an technical error with the yahoo mail. It has heppened before. Or maybe the server is busy. Just try again later.

My email was Pendoggett1@yahoo.co.uk. Suddenly its moved to @btinternet - HELP me as ive lost everything!!?

The domain name for emails addresses supplied to our customers changed from "@btopenworld.com" to "@btinternet.com" a while ago in response to corporate changes. However the two domains are fundamentally the same and interchangeable.





Hence if the email address you normally use ends with "@btinternet.com" you will still able to send and receive emails via the "@btopenworld.com" address and vice versa.





So for instance if you attempt to send an email from your "@btinternet.com" account and you receive a delivery failure message from the mail server that is addressed to you at "btopenworld.com" you needn't worry that the discrepancy between these domain names was in any way implicated in this delivery failure.

Yahoo and BT are the same email service. You need to change your settings(public profile) to make yahoo.co.uk your default address.

Reply:I believe that you'll find if you haven't used your yahoo account within the last 30 days you won't be able to use it (a similar thing exists with hotmail accounts too).
Reply:The only way you could do it is by purchasing Yahoo Mail Plus for outgoing POP mail service for the Yahoo mail account, and importing it to your new account. Yahoo does not provide free POP mail service for the free mail accounts.

Hi, Yes i have this problem too, u have to sign out of bt then go in again using your yahoo id, if no joy go to google search yahoo open and sign in as you would normally

I have this problem from time to time with my bt mail what u have to do is use this link and you should be able to log in sorry its so long i had bt email saved in my favorites and it always works good luck getting in.

Reply:WHAT fraud team? You should know by the grammar and spelling that it's a fake. So, just spam it and go on. Next time, don't expect something for nothing. Yahoo does not conduct lotteries. Windows doesn't either, nor does MSN or Microsoft Windows or any combination thereof.
Reply:It is scam. Never trap into this emails where they tell that you have win this or that and then request you to fill information's about yourself.


To be 100% sure about any suspicious email it is always good to trace email and fine where they come from. You will be probably sometime surprised that email from Yahoo have Nigerian IP Address etc..
