I have deleted an email mistakenly that I may need...when I was on aol you could still get to these as they had a recently deleted section..I cant seem to work out if it is possible with BTinternet can anyone help please.
Can I retrieve a deleted email with BTinternet?
It should be in the deleted/trash folder, and if it has been deleted from there, unless BT has a back-up policy, you will have lost the mail.
It should just be in the trash though, so it is easily retrievable.
Reply:You should be able to get it back check if you have a deleted folder then if its there just re emberse it back into your inbox. Unless its been deleted in your deleted inbox you cant get it back.
