Hi, Yes i have this problem too, u have to sign out of bt then go in again using your yahoo id, if no joy go to google search yahoo open and sign in as you would normally
I am using btinternet.com as my new service provider ia have an email account with yahho but i cant access my?
I have this problem from time to time with my bt mail what u have to do is use this link and you should be able to log in sorry its so long i had bt email saved in my favorites and it always works good luck getting in.
