I do not have any folders in my email, using btinternet.com, and canniot seem to be able to find my sent mai.?

My first question would be have you set your e-mail software to keep a copy of all the messages that you send? If not then there won't be anything to find?


If you have then please add addition information about which e-mail software you are using e.g. Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird?
