If you have bt internet, your email address will end in "btinternet.co.uk" - not "hotmail.co.uk". You probably don't receive any mail at the hotmail address, cos it doesn't sound like you have one. You haven't been very clear about what the problem is either, so I doubt anyone will be able to help you any more than I have.
