Cant transfer my email contacts from msn.com to btinternet.com. btinternet is not shown as an option. ?

聽聽聽I am not familiar with the either btinternet or msn mail but almost all e-mail services provide a way to manually transfer address books. Look in your msn options for a way to export your address book, when you export it be sure to save it as a .csv file and save it to an easy to find location on your computer.





聽聽聽Then log in to your btinternet mail and look for the option to import contacts, use that to import the .csv file you exported from msn. These Import/Export options may be in your general mail options or they may be an option found only in your address book itself, so you may have to look around a little until you find it.
