If your internet service is btinternet, they have the right to change the domain name of your email address. For example in the U.S., I had a yahoo address for a internet provider that changed to sbcglobal.net when they were bought out by SBC Global, now AT%26amp;T. There is nothing you can do to change that as it is in the control of your internet provider.
If you want to have a yahoo address, create the same yahoo username at yahoo.com.uk's website, if it is not already taken.

go back to yahoo and make a new e-mail
